Welcome to WriteAsMe. By accessing or using our AI document workflow service at writeasme.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

WriteAsMe provides AI-powered document upload, workflow creation, document generation, editing, and related productivity tools. Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. WriteAsMe is an independent product and interface layer built around in-house systems and third-party model providers; unless explicitly stated otherwise, WriteAsMe is not affiliated with or endorsed by the underlying model providers.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not upload, generate, or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights or contains harmful material

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, paid subscribers may use content generated through the Service for personal or commercial purposes. Free users may use generated content for personal and other non-commercial purposes only, unless WriteAsMe expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, reference files, and resulting outputs do not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We follow a minimal data collection approach: requests from users who are not signed in are typically processed temporarily, while signed-in users may retain the information needed for account features, workflow history, subscriptions, billing, support, and security protections.

If you purchase a subscription, credits, or other paid features, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and product entitlements will be presented at checkout or on the pricing page. Users can manage or cancel their subscription from the pricing page or through the subscription management portal made available by WriteAsMe. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel benefits already provided for the current billing period, unless required by law.

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, or attempt to generate:

• Any NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, uncensored, or 18+ content
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content intended to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others
• Violent, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content

We may block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or abuse risks.

As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please contact support@writeasme.com. We review refund-related requests on a case-by-case basis and will generally respond within 3 business days. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
